Greg Melvin
Lead Pastor
The founder and leader of Safe Harbor, Pastor Greg Melvin has served our church faithfully since its inception in 2002. With a heart for people and over 44 years of pastoral ministry experience, Pastor Greg aims to ensure every guest and member of Safe Harbor feels loved and connected to the vision of the church.
Michael Talley
Staff Pastor
Pastor Michael Talley serves Safe Harbor as the Staff Pastor, leading our volunteer teams and life groups. Prior to his pastoral role at our church, he served as a volunteer for many years within multiple functions at Safe Harbor. Pastor Michael began full-time ministry in 2022 and has a passion for reaching people with the Gospel, providing pastoral care, leading worship, and studying theology. He and his wife Lori share a deep love for Safe Harbor Outreach Center.
Shelby Webb
Youth Pastor
Pastor Shelby Webb and her husband Kenneth joined the Safe Harbor Family in 2025. She has a zeal for teaching students about the love of Jesus and strives to inspire and encourage our youth on their path of discipleship. Pastor Shelby has a love of Fine Arts and consistently supports students seeking to share their God-given gifts and talents through the Assemblies of God Fine Arts Festival.
Marsha Causey
Children’s Pastor
Marsha has been devoted to leading Harbor Kids for over 13 years. She leads with grace and humility, and loves seeing children encounter God’s love. Each week she dedicates time to making sure that our families’ children receive sound Biblical lessons in a safe and inviting atmosphere.
Regina Beasley
Administrator
Regina serves as the church administrator, and has been a reliable and dedicated member of our staff since 2020. Her heart for outreach and commitment to servanthood have made her influence at Safe Harbor beyond impactful. Regina and her husband Barry consistently go above and beyond for the people and functions of Safe Harbor.
